Its brands include Minuteman, PowerBoss, and Multi-Clean. Minuteman's customer base includes government agencies, contract cleaners, and cleaning equipment dealers and rental companies. In 2004 the company was acquired by German cleaning equipment maker Hako-Werke International, which is owned by German holding company L. Possehl & Co.
